Features

Perry Real Estate College's Indiana Real Estate Managing Broker Course consists of an Introductory Module to explain how to access the course, 14 Modules comprised of learning content and a Final Exam. Each module is broken down into 1-4 units and includes lectures, activities, quizzes, case studies, and interactive exercises. Within each module, there are activities and case studies. Your responses are submitted directly within the module, and you will get feedback immediately following each activity or case study. Some parts have suggested reading that must be completed prior to advancing to the comprehensive module test. Upon completing the module and any required reading, the comprehensive module test will unlock that requires a 75% to pass. Except for the Final Exam, there is no limit on test retakes. Students may progress to the next module upon completing the prior module.

Policies

Perry Real Estate College (PREC) does permit refunds as long as the student complies with this Refund Policy. PREC shall issue a refund pursuant to a request for a refund by the student if (i) the student requests the refund within 14 calendar days of the enrollment date; AND (ii) Module 2 of the course has not been started. In the event that the student has started Module 2 of the course or requested a refund more than 14 calendar days after enrollment, PREC shall not be obligated to issue a refund.

PREC aims to serve all of our students’ needs. Upon enrollment, each course is valid for Six (6) Months from the enrollment date. Prior to expiration, students have the option to purchase a Three (3) Month Extension for $99 or a Six (6) Month Extension for $149.

Payment Plans

Upon your first payment, you are fully enrolled in the course and have 24/7 access. Your card will be charged automatically bi-weekly or monthly depending on the plan you choose until you complete all payments. No certificates of completion will be awarded until all payments are made. Discount codes are not valid for payment plans. Refunds are not permitted after the course has been started.
